These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pnlx website (www.pnlx.app) and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Pnlx ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Pnlx is a trading journal and analytics platform. The Service allows users to log, track, and analyze their trading performance. The Service includes an AI-powered feature that analyzes user-provided trading data and notes to offer insights, identify behavioral patterns, and suggest areas for improvement.
2. AI FEATURE DISCLAIMER
The insights provided by our AI feature are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation of any sort. Pnlx does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information generated by the AI feature. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and to engage in trading activities in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
- Fees: While currently in a free beta period, Pnlx will transition to a paid subscription model in the future. We will provide notice before any fees are charged.
- Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").
- No Refunds: All payments made are final and non-refundable. We are not responsible for continued subscription fees should you forget to cancel your account. It is your sole responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription.
5. USER CONTENT
You retain all ownership rights to the data, notes, images, and other information you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Pnlx a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and modify your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service, including the AI analysis feature.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service.
- Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
7. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Pnlx makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Pnlx be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
